Abstract

ÀÌ ¿¬±¸ÀÇ ¸ñÀûÀº ÇÏ¾Ç ÀÌ°øºÎ¿¡ Nd:YAG ·¹ÀÌÀú Á¶»ç½Ã ÅëÁõÀÇ Àü´Þ°ú °ü·ÃÇÏ¿© °¨°¢½Å°æÀüµµ º¯È­¿¡ ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÌÄ¡´ÂÁö Á¶»çÇÏ´Â °ÍÀÌ´Ù. °¢°¢ 10 §Ô¿Í 20 §Ô¿¡ 100 mJ/pulseÀÇ Á¶°ÇÀ¸·Î Nd:YAG ·¹ÀÌÀú¸¦ ÇÏ¾Ç ÀÌ°øºÎ¿¡ ºñÁ¢Ã˽ÄÀ¸·Î 5ºÐ°£ Á¶»çÇÏ¿´´Ù. µû¶ó¼­ ¿ì¸®´Â ÇÏ¾Ç ÀÌ°øºÎ¿¡ Nd:YAG ·¹ÀÌÀú Á¶»ç°¡ À̽ŰæÀÇ °¨°¢½Å°æÀüµµ¿¡ À¯ÀÇÇÑ º¯È­¸¦ º¸ÀÌÁö ¾ÊÀ½À» È®ÀÎÇÏ¿´
´Ù.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Nd:YAG laser irradiation for sensory nerve conduction change. Nd:YAG laser was irradiated to mental region for 5 minutes with the parameters that 10 §Ô and 20 §Ô of 100 mJ/pulse.
Target size of irradiation was 30 §® diameter of circle and target-tip distance was about 10 §®. Therefore, the power density were 212 §Ñ/§² and 424 m§Ñ/§². Sensory nerve conduction was evaluated with Neurometer¢ç CPT/C before and after Nd:YAG laser irradiation. As an outcomes, the current perception threshold(CPT) and pain tolerance threshold(PTT) were obtained. We made a comparison of these two values and the results were as follows.
1. There was no significant difference in CPT at 1W, 10 §Ô and 2 W, 20 §Ô Nd:YAG laser irradiation.
2. There was no significant difference in PTT at 10 §Ô, 20 §Ô of 100 mJ/pulse Nd:YAG laser.
3. There were no significant differences in CPT and PTT between 1 W, 10 §Ô group and 2 W, 20 §Ô group.
Therefore, We can make a conclusion that Nd:YAG laser irradiation to mental region have no effect on mental nerve conduction in our study model.
